Here you can find several content planners/calendars.
1)
It´s recommended to do a Content Audit in the first place.
During the content audit you will discover what content you have and how this fits into your customer journey.

Secondly you can set up a Content Repository.
This is basically a list with content topics that align with the different phases in the customer journey.
3)
Use one of the content planners to schedule your content over time for each channel (LinkedIn, Youtube, Facebook, E-mail etc.)
